Our Bliss Tea was made to bring you deep relaxation and inner peace.

Crafted with a blend of chamomile, valerian root, lemon balm, passionflower, and lavender, this tea can be used for restful sleep, anxiety relief and daytime calmness.

To retain the volatile oils of the herbs, we recommend steeping the tea in a pot or bottle with a lid on top.
