Welcome to Lilac & Leaf Wellness
At Lilac & Leaf Wellness, we believe women deserve care that reflects the full complexity of their health, not a one-size-fits-all model. Research continues to show that women are often underrepresented in clinical studies, experience delayed or missed diagnoses, and may have symptoms shaped by hormones, stress, life stage, and social factors. Our virtual wellness clinic provides compassionate, evidence-informed care that recognizes the connection between mental health, physical well-being, lifestyle, hormones, and lived experience. Through our online store and community workshops, we also provide accessible tools, education, and resources to help women feel more supported, informed, and empowered in their everyday wellness.

Health Educator + Founder
Janine Jivani, MPH
Hi there! I'm Janine, the Founder and Lead Health Educator at Lilac & Leaf. We are based in the Fraser Valley of BC but my story started in Toronto with a passion for health education and promotion. My goal is to promote wellness through the different modalities that we offer at Lilac + Leaf. Through our one-on-one services, our products and workshops, I stay grounded in current research and a modern understanding of health. I combine my public health background with training in nutrition and mental health to develop evidence based approaches to wellness.
