Sarah Scully, Registered Clinical Counsellor
Sarah is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She has worked extensively with women across all stages of life and experiences, from younger children navigating fears and anxieties to older adults adjusting to new caregiving roles and life transitions.
Sarah specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and has developed a strong interest in women's health through both her professional work and personal experiences. She is particularly passionate about supporting women who are discovering their neurodivergence later in life and navigating the process of understanding their experiences through a new lens.
She takes a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to therapy, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), growth mindset approaches, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. Sarah works collaboratively with clients at their own pace and within their individual capacity to support meaningful and sustainable growth. She is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.
